Why teachers either don't get in or want to get out?
"A research document by Durham University in November 2006, stated that the issues of workload and pupil behaviour were found to be the most important in dissuading teachers from entering the profession or possibly causing them to leave teaching..." excerpt from "Love your Life... I believe that the recruitment drive should involve more teachers who are on the front line. I love my job - yes the workload is big, yes the behaviour can cause issues, as can many other factors. But who has a job that runs smoothly all day every day??
Job satisfaction far outweighs the negatives & there are times when teachers are disillusioned or just plain fed up , but then you get a golden moment and its suddenly all better.
